Tech Company Chairman Passes Away During ED Raid at Mumbai Premises

Dinesh Nandwana, the 62-year-old chairman emeritus of Vakrangee Technologies, passed away during an Enforcement Directorate (ED) raid at his residence in Andheri (East), Mumbai. The raid was part of an investigation led by the ED’s Jalandhar unit in coordination with local officials.

According to police reports, Nandwana developed health complications amid the ongoing search operation, which led to his sudden demise. The exact cause of death will be determined following a postmortem examination. The MIDC police have registered an accidental death report, with no complaints of misconduct or ill-treatment filed by the family.

During ED raids, the movement and communication of individuals present are typically restricted, and statements are recorded as part of the investigative procedure.
