Tempo and Pickup Vehicle Collide on Mumbai-Pune Expressway ; No Injuries Reported

In a recent incident on the Pune-bound lane of the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, a tempo collided with another pickup vehicle. Fortunately, no injuries were sustained by the driver of the pickup vehicle involved in the accident.

The driver of the tempo, however, fled the scene. Thanks to the swift response of IRB patrolling, highway traffic police, Delta Force, and the prompt arrival of ambulance services from Lokmanya Hospital, a potentially major accident was averted.

It is reported that, as of now, no traffic congestion has been observed within the jurisdiction of Khalapur police station. Authorities are actively managing the situation to ensure the smooth flow of traffic in the affected area.
