Tirumala temple sold 2.25 lakh entry tickets within 20 minutes

Pune: The temple officials announced that an impressive number of 2.25 lakh special entry darshan tickets for Tirumala temple worth Rs 300 each were sold within a remarkable 20-minute timeframe.

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has made available tickets for the 10-day Vaikunta Dwara Darshan starting from December 23. The sale of Special Darshan tickets has resulted in a revenue of Rs 6,75,00,000 for the TTD.

At 11 am on Friday, the TTD also made available Srivani Donation and Darshan tickets. Nevertheless, the devotees were perplexed due to the inadvertent inclusion of extra details, which requested individuals to provide their nominees.

Subsequently, the TTD revoked the Srivani Donation and Darshan ticket slot. It was announced that complimentary tokens would be made available offline at nine distinct locations downhill on December 22.
