Tragic Accident : Dumper Hits Woman Biker Near Kokane Chowk in Pimple Saudagar
Pimple Saudagar, 30th June 2023: In a horrifying accident near Kokane Chowk, a woman is currently in a critical condition after her two-wheeler vehicle was struck forcefully by a massive dumper truck. The incident occurred, according to Shatrughan Kate, former Corporator of Pimple Saudagar, and the victim is a resident of Yash Sankul Society in Pimple Saudagar.
Nana Kate, former corporator from the area said, “It is an unfortunate incident that a Pimple Saudagar resident met with an accident. When I was informed I immediately sent the lady to the nearest hospital in a private car instead of waiting for an ambulance.
The woman was en route to pick up her daughter from SNBP school when the collision took place. Upon reaching Kokane Chowk, her vehicle was hit by a heavy dumper truck, causing her to fall severely onto the road and sustain serious injuries.
Immediate action was taken, and she was swiftly transported to a hospital in Aundh, where she is currently undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, the police have initiated an investigation into the matter and are actively searching for the dumper driver who fled the scene immediately after the accident.
