To make travel faster and more convenient, the Railway Administration has decided to launch four additional Vande Bharat Express trains from Pune.

Currently, two Vande Bharat Express trains operate from Pune. With the addition of four more trains, travel is set to become quicker and more efficient. The new trains aim to reduce travel time significantly, benefiting passengers as Reported by saamtv.

At present, the Pune-Hubballi, Pune-Kolhapur, and Mumbai-Solapur (via Pune) routes are covered by the existing Vande Bharat trains. With the introduction of four additional trains, travel on these routes will become even smoother.

New Routes for Vande Bharat Express

As per reports, the new trains will run on the following routes:

1. Pune to Shegaon
2. Pune to Vadodara
3. Pune to Secunderabad
4. Pune to Belagavi

These new services are expected to begin soon. Once operational, Pune will have a total of six Vande Bharat Express trains running weekly, enhancing connectivity and comfort for travelers.

Current Fare Details

On the Pune-Kolhapur route, a one-way ticket costs ₹560, while the fare for a special coach is ₹1,135. This train operates three times a week: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

On the Pune-Hubballi route, the ticket price is ₹1,530 for a standard seat and ₹2,780 for a special coach.

This move is part of the Railway Administration’s efforts to make travel more efficient and passenger-friendly.
