A Viral video from Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad, has surfaced online, showing a woman attempting to run over a traffic police officer with her car after a heated argument.

The footage, which has gone viral, captures the intense altercation between the woman and the police personnel, culminating in the dangerous hit-and-run incident.

In the video, the woman can be seen engaging in a verbal dispute with the traffic police, apparently upset over their language. Despite attempts by the officers to defuse the situation, the woman escalates the confrontation by accelerating her vehicle towards one of the policemen, who narrowly avoids being struck by jumping to safety.

After three months of the incident, reports indicate that the woman has been arrested, sparking widespread condemnation on social media. Users have called for strict action against her, denouncing her reckless behavior and disregard for law enforcement.

Here’s how social media reacted

The people from Pakistan expressed anger on social media and sought strict action against the woman. “A case of premeditated murder should be filed by the state and there should be no amnesty,” one user said and tagged Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and human rights lawyer Amjad Malik.

“Some people are an epitome of arrogance; these individuals can’t ever be groomed by all the education, elitism and the unlimited riches they have,” another user said

The video serves as a stark reminder of the challenges faced by traffic police personnel in enforcing road regulations and the importance of respecting authority on the streets.
