After brief weather disturbances between February 2 and 4, conditions across the state are expected to stabilise, turning predominantly dry and warmer from February 4 onwards.
According to the IMD, February will largely remain dry, with early signs of summer becoming evident. Any chances of isolated light rain or thunder activity seen in parts of the state earlier this week are expected to fade, leading to stable and dry weather conditions.

Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg (Konkan Region):
The sky will remain partly cloudy with negligible rainfall. Maximum temperatures are expected to range between 29°C and 32°C, while minimum temperatures will hover between 23°C and 25°C. Morning mist is possible in some areas. High humidity levels may cause discomfort, and residents are advised to take precautions against heat.
Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur (Western Maharashtra):
Weather conditions will remain mostly dry with partial cloud cover. Day temperatures will range between 29°C and 32°C, while night temperatures may stay between 20°C and 23°C. Mornings could feel slightly cool, but afternoons will be warm. Rainfall chances are minimal.
Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Nandurbar (North Maharashtra):
Dry weather will prevail across the region. Maximum temperatures are likely to rise to 30°C–33°C, with minimum temperatures between 18°C and 22°C. Heat intensity is expected to increase, and people are advised to stay hydrated.
Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Jalna, Parbhani, Nanded, Latur, Beed, धाराशिव (Marathwada):
The region will experience dry and warm conditions. Maximum temperatures may touch 31°C–34°C, while minimum temperatures are expected between 20°C and 23°C. Night temperatures are likely to rise by 2–3°C, making evenings warmer than usual.
Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Yavatmal (Vidarbha):
Completely dry weather is forecast across Vidarbha. Temperatures will remain steady, with highs between 31°C and 34°C and lows ranging from 20°C to 24°C. Heat will be felt throughout the day.
