If you prefer a simple, no-fuss method, this one works perfectly. Take an old sweater or shawl, cut a piece, and line a medium-sized box with it. The box should be just big enough to hold your yogurt container snugly. Place the container inside, wrap it gently if needed, and leave it for 8 hours or overnight. The wool acts as natural insulation, helping the yogurt set thick and creamy even in chilly weather.
