22-year-old CA final students secured All India 3rd rank

Two students from Mumbai secured an All India Rank (AIR) at the CA final result which was announced by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India on Thursday, July 11.

Ghatkopar’s Kiran Rajendra Singh Manral (22) and Navi Mumbai’s Ghilman Saalim Ansari (22) have shared the third position nationally with 79.50%, on their first attempt. Both have scored 477 out of 600 marks.

They both are alumni from the Hassaram Rijhumal (HR) College of Commerce and Economics in Churchgate, South Bombay.

Ansari, from Vashi, will be the first CA in his family. His father is a company secretary.

Besides, Manral lives with her mother, and her older sister, who is also pursuing CA.

Meanwhile, New Delhi’s Shivam Mishra topped the CA Final exam with 500 out of 600 marks. Varsha Arora secured the second rank. This was the first attempt for all of them.

Of the 35,819 candidates who appeared for both groups in the CA final exam, 19.9% cleared it.

Apart from this, the ICAI also announced the intermediate examination results on the same day. Kushagra Roy from Bhiwandi secured first rank with 89.67%, Yug Kariya from Akola, Lalit Yaga from Bhayandar secured second rank with 87.67%, Hiresh Kashiramka from Mumbai and Manit Singh Bhatia from New Delhi secured third rank with 86.50%.
