442 new ambulances in service of patients

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar launched 442 new Ambulances in service of patients across the state. These ambulances are allotted to the government run hospitals in Maharashtra. In Pune Division, these ambulances are distributed among districts such as Pune (12), Satara (13), Solapur (9), Kolhapur (17) and Sangli (9).

These ambulances were donated to the government run Hospitals to strengthen the medical infrastructure in the state.

The program saw attendance of health minister Rajesh Tope, Pune district Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh, Aarogya Seva Mabdal deputy director Dr Milind More, Dr Sanjay Kadam, deputy director, Aarogya Seva Mandal Pune, Dr Ashok Nandapurkar, district health officer and other members.

Other districts shall be given the ambulances as per their requirement.

Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar also inaugurated 300 oxygen concentrators and four oxygen generation plant which are installed by Tata company.
