Another drug racket has been uncovered in Pune. The Pune Police seized a stash of MD drugs in the Vishrantwadi area, with a market value exceeding one crore. They confiscated about half a kilo of MD.
Three young men have been arrested in connection with this case. The suspects are identified as Srinivas Santosh Godje, Rohit Shantaram Bende, and Nimish Subhash Abhnave. A case has been filed at the Vishrantwadi Police Station.
These three young individuals were taken into custody from the Vighnaharta apartment complex in Lohegaon. During the raid, the anti-narcotics unit of the crime branch seized 471 grams of mephedrone, valued at approximately one crore rupees, from their possession. The investigation suggests a potential link to an international drug trafficking ring.
