MahaRERA Slams Pune Builder for Delay, Orders Compensation and Timely Flat Handover
The Maha-CRITI website, designed for complaints and regulatory technology, is nearing its final phase of development. This new platform will handle project registrations, renewals, corrections, agent registrations, and complaints.
From August 20 to August 31, the website will be unavailable to builders and agents due to final upgrades. During this period, these users will need to submit their applications manually. However, services for homebuyers will continue without interruption. Complaints will still be processed as usual. Builders and agents must complete their work by August 13 to avoid disruptions.

The revamped Maha-CRITI website, initially launched in May 2017, will incorporate updates to keep it current. It will feature a business-centric design and utilize information technology and business intelligence analysis for management tasks.
Key features of the new website include:
An integrated system providing information across all platforms; Personalised dashboards for homebuyers, builders, and agents, including reminders, notifications, compliance reports, quarterly progress reports, and complaint management; A mobile application and an AI-based chatbot.
The current website is used by over 34,000 people daily, up from around 5,000 previously. The new site, developed through numerous meetings and tests over the past year, aims to simplify processes for users. Homebuyers will find it easier to file complaints and access project details, while builders and agents will benefit from more efficient interactions with Maha-RERA.
