Pune: PMPML Reintroduces Bus Route No. 93 from Deccan Gymkhana to Pimple Nilakh
Pune: PMPML has reinstated Bus Route No. 93, connecting Deccan Gymkhana to Pimple Nilakh, based on passenger demand. The relaunch was inaugurated by MLA Ashwini Jagtap on August 15, 2024, in a ceremony attended by prominent figures including BJP Pune City President Shankar Rao Jagtap, Sachin Sathe, Nitin Sheth Ingawale, and Banewadi Depot Manager Sunil Diwanji.
The route will cover stops at Ferguson College, Municipal Congress Bhavan, Shimla Office, Pune University Gate, Kasturba Gandhi Colony, Aundh Village, Aundh Hospital, and Rakshak Chowk. A total of 16 trips will be made daily, with 8 trips each from Pimpri Nilakh to Deccan Gymkhana and vice versa. The first trip from Pimple Nilakh will start at 6:15 AM, and the last trip will be at 7:20 PM. The first trip from Deccan Gymkhana will be at 7:00 AM, with the last trip at 8:45 PM.
The event was also graced by members of the Senior Citizens’ Association including Mr. Suresh Sathe, Mr. Ramdas Jagdale, Mr. Balasaheb Ingawale, Mr. Rajendra Takle, Mr. Ashok Shinde, Mr. Jaywant Ranwade, Mr. Balasaheb Kamthe, Mr. Bhuleshwar Nanguade, Mr. Kaluram Nanguade, Mr. Anil Sancheti, Mr. Anand Kumbhar, Mr. Prakash Kamthe, Mr. Lakshman Dalvi, and Mr. Shivajirao Dalvi, along with local residents from Pimpri Nilakh.
The transport authority urges all employees, workers, students, senior citizens, and female passengers to take advantage of this bus service.
