Youth Rally Shows Strong Support for Shankarbhau’s Victory
Thousands of Young Workers Rally Behind BJP Workers’ Union in Chinchwad Assembly Election Campaign
Chinchwad: With just 25 days left for the Chinchwad assembly elections, the spirit of determination is evident among the supporters of Shankar Jagtap, the BJP candidate. In a massive rally organized by the Mathadi and General Workers’ Union, thousands of young members pledged their full support, vowing to ensure Shankar Jagtap victory with a greater margin than in previous elections.
The rally, held at Chinchawade Lawns in Walhekarwadi, saw an enthusiastic participation of over 1,300 union members. The gathering was marked by slogans of unity and commitment to bringing the BJP closer to the working class in Chinchwad constituency.
One of the union leaders expressed, “In recent times, we have seen attempts to manipulate the youth for selfish political gains. But Shankarbhau and Anup More have always provided us with employment opportunities, ensuring the economic well-being of thousands of families. We stand firmly with them and are determined to work collectively for Shankarbhau’s victory in the upcoming election.”
Prominent leaders present at the rally included BJP Yuva Morcha President Anup More, former ruling party leader Namdev Dhake, ex-deputy mayor Sachin Chinchawade, along with various office bearers of the Mathadi and Security Workers’ Union, such as Babu Bhondwe, Pravin Yadav, and Rithvik Kute. Their presence further fueled the enthusiasm of the workers, promising a strong fight in the election.
Speaking at the event, BJP Yuva Morcha President Anup More said, “Under the guidance of Shankar Jagtap, we have been working to provide employment opportunities and a positive direction to the youth of Pimpri-Chinchwad. Shankarbhau has always supported us, and now, we and our thousands of members are ready to show our strength in this election. We are confident of crossing the 1 lakh vote margin and ensuring Shankarbhau’s victory.”
In his address, Shankar Jagtap emphasized the importance of the BJP government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the center and the Maha Yuti alliance in Maharashtra. “This is a government that truly works for the common people. It’s our collective responsibility to ensure that the Maha Yuti candidates win in all three constituencies of Pimpri-Chinchwad. We must ensure a strong voter turnout and support our candidates for the betterment of the state and the country,” he said, urging the crowd to work tirelessly for a landslide victory.
