Shankar Jagtap to File Nomination for Chinchwad Assembly on Monday; Minister Muralidhar Mohol to be Present

Chinchwad – Shankar Jagtap, the official candidate from the BJP-Shiv Sena-NCP-RPI-Mahayuti alliance, will file his nomination for the Chinchwad Assembly seat on Monday, October 28. This date has been chosen to coincide with the auspicious occasion of the Vasubaras day of Diwali.

Minister of Cooperation and Civil Aviation Muralidhar Mohol, along with MP Shrirang Barne, MP Medha Kulkarni, MLA Ashwini Jagtap, MLA Amit Gorkhe, MLA Uma Khapre, NCP city president Yogesh Behl, Shiv Sena district chief Balasaheb Walhekar, city president Nilesh Taras, and RPI city president Kunal Vhawalkar, will be present during the nomination process.

The event will commence at 9 a.m. with a visit to the memorial of the late leader Laxmanbhau Jagtap. Following this, a grand rally will be launched, passing through Pimple Gurav Bus Stop, Bhagat Singh Chowk, Jawalkar Nagar, Swaraj Hotel in Pimple Saudagar, the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue in Rahatni, Tapkir Chowk, Kalewadi, and culminating at the “G” Regional Office in Thergaon.

The rally is expected to witness thousands of Mahayuti alliance members, office bearers, and workers. Shankar Jagtap has also called on citizens of the Chinchwad constituency to join the rally and extend their blessings and support.

Jagtap’s name was included in the BJP’s initial list of candidates, igniting a wave of enthusiasm among BJP and Mahayuti alliance workers in Chinchwad. His campaign’s first phase has been completed ahead of the nomination filing, promising an energetic campaign period following the formal nomination.
