The Vande Bharat Express, India’s very own semi-high-speed train, will soon be making an additional stop inthis city. The train, which debuted in 2019 on the New Delhi to Varanasi route, has since expanded to other key locations across the country. This new stop will make travel even more convenient for people in Mumbai.

In a recent update, the Vande Bharat Express running between Mumbai Central and Gandhinagar has been approved to make an additional stop. Currently, the train operates on 11 major routes in Maharashtra, and the state has received 11 Vande Bharat trains so far. This number is expected to increase in the future.

According to the information received, the Vande Bharat train running between Mumbai Central and Gandhinagar will now also stop at Anand. Member of Parliament from Anand, Mitesh Patel, has confirmed that the train will now stop at Anand.

Thanks to the efforts of MP Patel, the train will now have a stop at Anand, and this decision is expected to bring great relief to the citizens of Anand and the surrounding areas.

The MP shared this information on his official Instagram account. The MP from Anand stated that after making a strong presentation to Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Ministry of Railways has approved an additional stop for the Vande Bharat train at Anand railway station.

Currently, the train stops at Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Vapi, and Borivali stations on this route. However, in the near future, it will also stop at Anand.

The minister’s visit to Anand Junction was a big deal for the people there. The official confirmation that the Vande Bharat Express will stop there was met with thanks from MP Mitesh Patel and local officials. It’s clear that this new stop is being welcomed by the community.

The Vande Bharat Express operates on several routes in Maharashtra, including from Mumbai Central to Gandhinagar, Mumbai Central to Ahmedabad, CSMT to Jalna, CSMT to Shirdi, CSMT to Madgaon, CSMT to Solapur, Pune to Kolhapur, Pune to Hubli, Nagpur to Bilaspur, Nagpur to Indore, and Nagpur to Secunderabad.
