Mumbai, April 7, 2026: The Mahabhulekh portal Mahabhulekh v2.0 has resumed full operations following a recent technical upgrade, bringing relief to citizens across Maharashtra. Key online services related to land records are now functioning smoothly, allowing users to access important documents without disruptions.

One of the most widely used services, the 7/12 extract (Satbara Utara), is once again available online. Citizens can now conveniently view and download this essential land record in digital format from their homes.

In addition, users can now check mutation (ferfar) entries online, which include changes in ownership due to sale, purchase, or inheritance. This step is expected to improve transparency and make property ownership details more accessible to the public.

The portal also hosts a wide range of land-related records, both old and new, eliminating the need for frequent visits to government offices. With this digital facilities, residents can retrieve necessary documents using their mobile phones or computers, saving both time and effort.
