Pune: Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol’s Father Kisanrao Mohol Passes Away At 86
Pune, June 19, 2026: Kisanrao Dagdoba Mohol, father of Union Minister of State for Cooperation and Civil Aviation Murlidhar Mohol, passed away on Thursday night. He was 86.
According to family sources, Kisanrao Mohol breathed his last at 10:20 pm on June 18, 2026. He had served for 40 years at the Pune District Central Cooperative Bank and was also widely known as a distinguished wrestler.
The public will be able to pay their last respects on Friday, June 19, from 7 am to 9 am at the Mohol family residence, Venukrishna, in Kothrud.
The last rites will be performed at 10 am on Friday at Vaikunth Crematorium in Navi Peth, Pune.
Several political leaders, colleagues, and well-wishers have expressed condolences to Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol and his family on the loss.
