Pune: Bramha Majestic Residents On NIBM Road Join Hands To Remove Unauthorized Vendors, Restore Cleanliness Near Society Gate
Pune, June 20, 2026: Residents of Bramha Majestic Society on NIBM Road in Kondhwa came together in a coordinated community effort to remove unauthorized vendors and clear accumulated garbage near Gate No. 2, restoring cleanliness, safety, and order in the area.
The initiative was led collectively by the society’s management committee, sub-committee members, and residents, with support from local police authorities and other stakeholders. The action was taken following growing concerns over unhygienic conditions caused by unauthorized commercial activities near the society entrance.
According to residents, the area around Gate No. 2 had become increasingly littered due to waste generated by unauthorized vendors. Accumulated garbage, discarded food items, and unsanitary conditions had adversely affected the neighbourhood’s civic environment and raised concerns about health and safety.
Determined to reclaim the space, residents engaged with multiple stakeholders and worked closely with authorities to ensure maximum participation from the community. Their efforts resulted in the removal of two unauthorized vendors and the complete clearance of the waste that had accumulated around the gate.
Residents emphasized that the achievement was the outcome of a united and well-coordinated effort by the entire Bramha Majestic community. They stated that no single individual could be credited for the initiative, highlighting instead the collective commitment shown by residents, committee members, and volunteers who worked together towards a common goal.
The clean-up drive has significantly improved the surroundings and restored a sense of order to the area. Residents expressed hope that the action would help keep Gate No. 2 secure and prevent the recurrence of unauthorized activities in the future.
They also reiterated that active community participation and cooperation with authorities are essential for maintaining civic standards and ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy living environment for all residents.
