Pune: Major Fire Destroys Hyundai Spare Parts Store Near Yadav Petrol Pump On Pune-Nagar Road
Pune, June 29, 2026: A major fire broke out at a Hyundai spare parts store located near Yadav Petrol Pump on Pune-Nagar Road, causing extensive damage to the premises and destroying the entire stock of spare parts.
Fire brigade personnel responded swiftly and launched continuous firefighting operations using hose lines to bring the blaze under control. Additional assistance was provided by PMRD, the Yerwada Fire Brigade, and water tankers, ensuring sufficient resources to tackle the fire.
The affected building comprised a ground floor and one upper floor. Firefighters successfully extinguished the flames and carried out cooling operations to prevent any possibility of the fire reigniting.
Officials confirmed that all Hyundai spare parts stored in the shop were destroyed in the incident. However, no injuries or fatalities were reported. After completing the firefighting and cooling operations, the fire brigade teams returned to their respective stations.
