The much-awaited inauguration of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple is set to take place on January 22nd, with the esteemed presence of the Prime Minister of the country, Shri Narendra Modi. The entire nation is buzzing with excitement and joy in anticipation of this historic event.
To enhance the festive spirit, a series of religious, spiritual, and cultural programs have been meticulously organized at Shree Ram Mandir in Charholi Budruk, spearheaded by the Sakal Hindu Samaj. The aim is to engage the entire community, encompassing Charholi Village and twelve Wadi’s, Basti, and all residential societies.
Kicking off the celebratory weekend, a soul-stirring music bhajan program by Shri Prasad Mate and Shishya Parivar is scheduled for Saturday, January 20th, from 7 to 9 pm. Following this, on Sunday, January 21, a magnificent Divya Shobha Yatra has been planned. The procession promises to be a visual spectacle, featuring Ramayana-themed costumes that aim to instill the teachings of Lord Sri Rama, Mother Sita, Brother Lakshmana, and Lord Hanuman from the revered Hindu epic ‘Ramayana,’ composed by Maharishi Valmiki.
The Shobha Yatra will grace the route from Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Shri Sambhaji Maharaj Chowk, Charholi Phata, to Charholi Gavthan, taking place from 5 to 8 pm. Post-procession, devotees will gather at Shri Ram Mandir for the recitation of Ram Raksha and Hanuman Chalisa.
A heartfelt appeal has been extended to the entire Hindu community, urging women, sisters, youth, and seniors in the area to actively participate in this enchanting Yatra. Before the festivities commence, Hindu religion flags, brought from Sri Kshetra Ayodhya, will be ceremoniously worshipped at the Samadhi place of Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj in Sri Kshetra Alandi at precisely 4 pm.
On Monday, January 22, the celebrations will continue from 10 am to 12 pm at Charholi Sri Ram Mandir with a captivating kirtan by the renowned Kirtankar, H. B. P. Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Karanjikar. Maha aarti and prasad distribution are scheduled from 12 noon to 1 pm, followed by the grand Dipotsav at 6 pm.
The entire community is invited to partake in these joyous festivities, marking a momentous chapter in the history of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
