Few courageous people in a world where being disconnected from our phones is the exception choose to ignore the digital siren call. For the others, their smartphones’ constant glow marks the beginning and end of the day, stealthily robbing them of their “smartness.” You may wonder, how? As if you’re unaware that this diversion is taking lives in addition to robbing us of our peace! To emphasize this further, a signboard in Bengaluru took on the role of the town crier for everyone who was walking around with their noses buried in their phones.

As per further information from the X handle of user called Prakriti “This signboard in BLR singlehandedly attacked our entire generation.”

On the signboard, it is written “Beware of Smartphone Zombies.”

The post has gained around 2.5 lakh views with netizens actively commenting on it.

An X user tweeted “Yes I too see many people using mobile in traffic they can’t wait for 30 to 60 (avg signal seconds) without using mobile.”

Another X user posted a hilarious tweet “Jabse mene mere saamne ek bande ka phone snatch hote huye dekha hai. Tabse me phone zombie nahi rahi. I keep my phone in my pocket whenever I am outside. Sirf mummy ka call pick karti hu me ab bahar jaa k. (Since I saw a person’s phone getting snatched, I haven’t been a phone zombie. I keep my phone in my pocket whenever I am outside. I only pick up calls from my mom whenever I go out.)”

Another X user tweeted “Nowadays it looks like talking over the phone while crossing the busiest junction is a mandatory stuff for pedestrians. People lack basic sense.”

Another X user tweeted “There should be one more for people who text and drive.”
