Numerous people referred to it as the “most unappealing item” they had ever encountered. “Misal Pav is scared to the bones after looking at this creepy creature,” yet another user jokingly said.

The steep price of this food item, a beloved staple of the city cherished by individuals from all walks of life, left many people astonished. “190 rupees ka… Woah. Lut loge kya ek vada pav mein? Indians are indifferent to such high, illogical, and always rising prices,” reads a comment.

However, the significant price increase associated with this item has raised concerns among consumers, leading them to question whether it is justifiable to pay such a high price for a seemingly simple snack. Many perceive it as a typically inexpensive food option, which adds to their skepticism regarding its elevated cost.

Some explored the semantics and contended that a genuine “reverse” vada pav would have a different composition. A “reverse” vada pav should essentially consist of a pav sandwiching two hot vadas!
