Accident on Pune’s Navale Bridge: Two Trucks on Fire, Several Vehicles Crushed, 5 Killed, 10 Injured

Narhe, 13 November 2025: A massive accident on Pune’s Navale Bridge has thrown traffic into chaos after two trucks caught fire and a car was trapped between them. Initial reports indicate that several people remain stuck inside the vehicles.

Fire brigade and police teams rushed to the scene, but traffic on the Satara–Mumbai lane near the selfie point under the Sinhgad Road police station limits is heavily disrupted.

Around eight vehicles were involved in the crash, leaving more than 10 people injured. Tragically, officials have confirmed that five people lost their lives in the accident. The exact cause of the collision is still under investigation.

Eyewitnesses described the scene as “catastrophic,” saying the impact caused vehicles to crash at multiple points along the bridge. Two large trucks and a car were crushed together, while seven other vehicles were involved in separate collisions across four different spots on the stretch.

Authorities are working to clear the wreckage and rescue any remaining victims, while motorists are advised to avoid the area until the situation is brought under control.
