Altercation between dog owner & person results in filing case in Chinchwad Police Station

On 21st March (Thursday), a confrontation broke out between a person & complainant Atul Londhe & dog owner & accused Dhananjay Yadav & his mother, after which Atul Londhe filed a case at Chinchwad Police Station.

As per further information from Pimpri Chinchwad Police,

On 21st March at 9 am, Atul Londhe was waiting to pick up someone in his car. A dog came near the car & looked very suspiciously towards the car. When complainant Atul Londhe saw this, he got out of the car & enquired about the dog’s behaviour to the owner & co-accused Dhananjay Yadav. Atul Londhe said to Dhananjay Yadav that you can’t see your dog peeing on the car. The accused Dhananjay Yadav got angry, abused & started beating up the complainant with punches and kicks. The accused even used the iron hook of his dog’s belt & fiercely hit it on the head of the complainant, causing severe injuries.

The co-accused mother of Dhananjay Yadav, who was with him during the incident, abused & threatened the complainant Atul Londhe.

Hence, Atul Londhe has filed an FIR against Dhananjay Yadav & his mother at Chinchwad Police Station.

Both the accused are booked under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation into the case is underway.
