Members of Anandvan Mitra Mandal and the Maharashtra Forest department on Sunday June 27, 2021 jointly organized a mega plantation drive near Antule nagar, Pisoli and planted 500 native plants.
From toddlers to seniors everyone participated in this plantation program.
A member of Anandvan said, “We are glad to see that the concept of urban forest is gaining a lot of momentum and it’s spreading wildly in the minds of people.”
AnandVan’s mega drive was joined by Gurvinder Bindra ,founder of Bindra catering and hospitality, Colonel (Retired) Pramod D Kulkarni, founders of Vidyashilp School to be a part of this drive and also promised to maintain these plants and nourish them.
