NIBM Annexe is a newly developed area which is devoid of many civic amenities. The first and foremost is the lack of PMC water supply, in spite of paying property tax to the tune of about 6 Cr per annum, residents have to spend a huge amount on water tankers. A number of petitions were given to PMC and agitations were conducted. After a lot of persuasion by APRF and efforts of Sainath Babar, City Chief of MNS and Rohan Gaikwad, finally the water connection from an alternate source is established.
