The first extended weekend begins with Mahavir Jayanti on Thursday, April 10. Taking leave on Friday, April 11, can extend the break into Saturday, April 12, and Sunday, April 13 (Vaisakhi). The holiday stretch continues with Ambedkar Jayanti on Monday, April 14, which is a public holiday in several states.

Second Long Weekend: April 18-20

The second long weekend starts with Good Friday on April 18, followed by Saturday, April 19, and Easter Sunday on April 20. This break presents another opportunity for a quick vacation or relaxation.
