The suicide case of AI engineer Atul Subhash has taken a new turn with fresh revelations emerging from the statements of his wife Nikita and himself, recorded in the family court of Jaunpur.

According to Nikita’s statement, she was coerced into marrying Atul by her parents, who used her father’s illness as leverage. Nikita claimed that her father had been undergoing treatment for heart disease at AIIMS for 10 years, and her parents pressured her into marrying Atul, citing her father’s health as a reason.

Nikita also alleged that she was harassed at her in-laws’ house after the marriage. The couple had a lavish wedding on June 26, 2019, at Hotel Hindustan International in Varanasi, followed by a honeymoon in Mauritius, which was entirely funded by Atul.

However, Nikita stated that she was not happy in the marriage. Her statement has raised questions about the circumstances surrounding Atul’s suicide and the role of Nikita’s family in the events leading up to his death.

The case has taken a complex turn, with Nikita accusing her mother of instigating her against her in-laws after marriage. The investigation is ongoing, and further revelations are expected to emerge as the case unfolds.
