Saavi Jain from Scottish International School in Shamli topped the CBSE Class 12 exams with an impressive score of 499 out of 500. She scored full marks in Geography, Political Science, Painting, and English, and 99 in History.
Reflecting on her preparation, Saavi credited her achievement to consistent effort and strategic planning. “I studied six to seven hours daily and followed a strict timetable months ahead of the exams. Solving previous years’ papers and sample questions played a major role in boosting my scores,” she said.
CBSE Class 10 Topper: Aarav Malhotra
In an extraordinary feat, 15-year-old Aarav Malhotra from Greater Noida (West) achieved a perfect score of 500 out of 500 in the CBSE Class 10 exams. Aarav’s remarkable performance included full marks in English Language & Literature, French, Standard Mathematics, Science, and Artificial Intelligence. Even in Social Science, often a challenging subject, he scored 98.
Aarav’s flawless result has earned him national attention. His academic discipline and consistent high performance across all subjects reflect not just natural ability but also focused preparation.

- Girls: 95%
- Boys: 92.63%
- CBSE Class 12 Pass Percentage: 88.39%
- Girls: 91.64%
- Boys: 85.70%
Girls outperformed boys in both Class 10 and Class 12 exams this year.
Prime Minister Modi Congratulates Students
Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated all the students who passed the exams. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he wrote:

“To those who feel slightly dejected at their scores, I want to tell them: one exam can never define you. Your journey is much bigger and your strengths go far beyond the mark sheet. Stay confident, stay curious because great things await.”
