Chandrakant Patil, BJP Mahayuti’s candidate for the Kothrud constituency, received heartfelt appreciation from residents during his door-to-door campaign in Ward 13. The office-bearers of Siddharth Palace, located in the Joshi Museum area, commended Patil’s humility and dedication to public service.
During his visit, Patil interacted with residents, addressing their concerns and sharing insights into his ongoing campaign. The gathering included key party members such as former corporator Deepak Pote, sitting corporator Manjushree Khardekar, Advocate Mitali Sawalekar, BJP leader Prashant Harasule, Ward 13 President Advocate Prachi Bagate, Pratik Khardekar, and Vinita Kale.
Kolhatkar, a Siddharth Palace office-bearer, praised Patil, saying, “As a senior minister and prominent BJP leader, your achievements are known to all. However, what sets you apart is your humility and the dedication you show as a grassroots worker.”
In response, Patil expressed gratitude for their support and highlighted key initiatives, such as the 40% property tax rebate benefiting Pune residents. He also emphasized the positive impact of infrastructure projects like the metro, which have improved commuting in Kothrud. Reaffirming his commitment to public welfare, Patil pledged to continue serving the people of Kothrud if elected.
