Pune: Residents of Vitthal Empire Phase 2, Chikhali are in distress as they haven’t received any proper facilities in their society.

Sanjeevan Sangale, President of Chikhali-Moshi-Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation said, “Builders should not apply for sanction on any new housing project without completing their ongoing housing project and obtaining construction completion certificates. Nor should construction completion certificates be given to any ongoing housing project. Also, appropriate action should be taken against the developer of this Vitthal Empire Phase 2 for not providing appropriate facilities.”

As per further information shared by Sanjeevan Sangale, the construction of Co-operative Housing Society Vitthal Empire Phase-2 has been completed by the developers 6 years ago. However, the developers of the said housing project have left many works incomplete. This society has no protective wall, there is no road to go to the society. Both the elevators of the society are closed. Parking is not allotted to society members. A dedicated garden has not been developed in the society. There is no gate or entrance to the society. Society does not have drinking water connections. The developers have not fulfilled the conditions laid down in the construction permit by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and as the rest of the construction has been completed, this housing project has not received the construction completion certificate.

It has been five years since the cooperative housing society of the members of this housing project has not been established. There are one or many such problems in this society. Due to this, the flat owners are suffering, the developer is not solving the problem even after giving complaints to the municipality administration. Regarding this, complaints have been made repeatedly in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation through its Chikhali-Moshi-Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation as well as through the society.

Sagar Marne, Builder of Vitthal Empire Phase 2, Chikhali said, “We have given possession of the building for 6 years. We are ready to listen to the complaints of the residents regarding any leftover work or improper facilities in the building & solve their issues soon.”
