Delhi-Pune Air India flight passenger gets damaged luggage on arrival at Pune airport 

A shocking incident took place at Pune airport when a passenger named Manish Mohan, of Air India flight AI851, from Delhi to Pune, got his luggage in a damaged condition when the flight arrived at Pune airport.

Manish has posted about this on X, and said “Air India, I have travelled from Delhi to Pune and at Pune airport I found my luggage in damage condition. Please help.”

In another tweet, Manish posted “Air India, I found Mr. Prashant Gaikwad on duty staff is drunk and Manager on duty Mr. Ashish is not coming to talk. I’m here for an hour without a solution. Help me please.”

The airline has responded to the tweet sent by the passenger and assured to resolve the issue. 

Several such cases have been reported by many passengers travelling on different flights who are seeking solutions to the increasing problems faced at the airport in the last three weeks.
