Election Commission appeals to Pune residents in Kasba constituency to check voters’ list
Pune: After the notification issued by the Election Commission of India to conduct by-poll of Kasba constituency, preparations are underway. Assistant Election Officer of Kasba Peth Assembly Constituency, has appealed to voters to check theirs and their family members’ names in the voter list online.
Voters should use the ‘Voter Search’ option on the website nvsp.in. Voters above 80 years of age and disabled voters will be able to vote from home through postal ballot for the first time. For this purpose, form 12D application is being distributed to the voters through the polling center level officials in their respective areas. In order to avail the facility of voting through postal ballot, voters should submit the said application immediately to the polling center level officials.
