Empowering women is important

A meeting of Bharosa Cell representatives and Dakshata committee members was organized at Wakad Police Station recently.

The meeting was inaugurated by Assistant Commissioner of Police Ganesh Biradar and SPI Vivek Muglikar.

All the women staff along with API Sapna Deotale and PSI Sangita Gode were present.

“ACP Sir in his inaugural speech motivated women of both the teams and also told them to utilize their power in a focused way for empowering the vulnerable,” said Tejaswini Dhomse Sawai, chairman, Pimpri Chinchwad Citizens Forum.
