Flight delays, lack in providing efficient services at the airport & inside the flights, airport overcrowding & many more issues are troubling fliers at Pune airport. Hence, fliers have taken to social media to express their frustration about several issues at Pune Airport.

A distressed flier has tweeted, “Dear Pune airport and IndiGo, extremely disappointed with the overcrowded conditions at Pune Airport. Lack of assistance, non-functional AC and fans in waiting areas and unhelpful staff responses have made the experience highly unpleasant.”

Another distressed flier has tweeted, “DGCA & Jyotiraditya Scindia, how about levying further fine on IndiGo and some of the other airlines for blatantly violating the refreshment & refund rules for delayed flights.”

Another distressed flier tweeted, “Airports Authority of India, Pune Airport, someone clearly said airport feels like a railway station. Complete chaos. Flight scheduled at 9 pm but delayed to 2 am. Good that we were allowed to go to aeromall. At 1 am, came for check-in and it’s like a poultry farm. Seats are so soiled, can’t sit.”
