Pune, February 2025: To celebrate World Sun Salutation Day (February 4) and the auspicious occasion of Ratha Saptami, the Samatvam Yog Group and Roseland Management Committee CHS have announced a free two-day Surya Namaskar Shibir (Workshop). The event will take place on February 15 and 16, 2025, and is open to all residents.
The workshop aims to promote health, wellness, and the benefits of yoga, particularly among students and young learners. Surya Namaskar, a sequence of yoga postures practiced as a salutation to the sun, is known for improving flexibility, enhancing concentration, and fostering overall well-being.
