FSAI Signs MOU with TRW to Promote Women Empowerment and Synergies

Mumbai, 12 March 2024 – The Fire and Security Association of India (FSAI) announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Real Women Global Community (TRWGC) on Saturday, 9th March 2024. This partnership aims to promote women empowerment and enhance synergies between both associations.

The MOU was signed by Sujal Shah on behalf of Ajit Raghavan (National President, FSAI), an accomplished woman entrepreneur and Surakshit Nari Chair, FSAI and Sheetal Bhilkar, the founder of TRW. Speaking about the collaboration, Sujal Shah expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “This partnership signifies our commitment to empowering women in the fire and security industry. By joining forces with TRW, we aim to create more opportunities for women professionals and enhance their representation in our sector.”

Under the MOU, FSAI and TRW will collaborate on various initiatives, including networking events, skill development programs, and advocacy campaigns. Both organizations will also work together to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with a focus on fostering a supportive environment for women professionals.
