'Good Acting, Wapas Hotel Jao': Fans Blast Neha Kakkar For Showing Up 3 Hours Late To Melbourne Concert & Breaking Down On Stage (VIDEO)
Singer Neha Kakkar is facing backlash after a concert in Melbourne went awry. Videos surfaced online showing fans furious that she arrived three hours late. Despite the delay, Neha later broke down on stage, thanking the audience for their patience.
However, many fans accused her of crying for attention, calling it “drama” and “acting.” To make matters worse, Neha reportedly only performed for one hour, despite the three-hour delay, leaving many fans disappointed.
As soon as she entered the stage, Neha was heard saying, “Guys, you are really sweet! You have been patient. (You have been waiting for so long.) I hate it, maine life mein kabhi kisi ko wait nahi karwaya hai. (I hate it, I’ve never made anyone wait in my life.)
Video Here:
Aap itni der se wait kar rahe ho, I’m so sorry! (You’ve been waiting for so long, I’m so sorry!) It means a lot to me. I will remember this evening forever. (Today, you all have taken out such precious time to come here.) Aaj aap log mere liye itna kimti time nikaal kar aaye ho. (I will make sure that I will make you all dance.)”
As Neha was apologizing, several angry fans were heard yelling in the background. One fan shouted, “Wapas jaao, apne hotel mein aaram karo.” (Go back and rest at your hotel.) Another remarked, “This is not India, you’re in Australia.” A third fan added, “Very good acting! This is not Indian Idol; you’re not performing with kids.”
Soon after, a fan shared the video on her Instagram, and it quickly went viral. The video was then posted on Reddit, where several users criticized Neha for her ‘unprofessional’ behavior.
One user remarked, “Three hours late??? That’s extremely unprofessional. The bare minimum she could do is offer a refund.” Another user pointed out, “She used to do this on TV shows, and now she’s bringing it to concert stages too.”
“She shows up late and then starts crying,” another comment said.
A fourth user noted, “First, she cried on TV shows, now she’s doing it on concert stages as well.”
Someone else shared, “I’ve attended at least 12 concerts by international artists in Mumbai, and they were never more than 10-20 minutes late.”
