According to sources, the baby was born via normal delivery at Reliance Hospital in Mumbai, and both Kiara and the newborn are said to be healthy and doing well. Sidharth and Kiara first met at a party but grew close during the filming of their 2021 hit film Shershaah, where they portrayed Captain Vikram Batra and Dimple Cheema. Their on-screen chemistry mirrored the love blossoming off-screen, although the couple remained discreet about their relationship in public.
Dating rumours had surrounded them since 2019, especially after they were spotted vacationing in South Africa. It wasn’t until their appearance on Koffee With Karan in 2022 that fans received subtle confirmations about their romance. The two tied the knot in a beautiful, intimate ceremony in Jaisalmer on February 7, 2023, with close friends and family in attendance. Their wedding post read, “Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai. We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead.”
What Lies Ahead for the New Parents
Even amid pregnancy, Kiara remained professionally active. She recently stepped away from Don 3 with Ranveer Singh, reportedly due to her maternal commitments. However, she continues to headline major projects—most notably the high-octane action film War 2 from the YRF Spy Universe, co-starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, slated for an Independence Day 2025 release.
Sidharth, meanwhile, will be seen in the romantic comedy Param Sundari, alongside Janhvi Kapoor, set for release next month.
