Gurugram News : Drone Delivering Frozen Chicken Crashes In Residential Society, creates panic

In Gurugram’s South City 2 residential area, a drone operated by logistics provider Skye Air collided with a dish antenna during an attempted package delivery, causing panic in the neighborhood.
The incident occurred amid prohibitory orders due to Chief Minister ML Khattar’s visit to the district. Skye Air attributed the collision to an obstacle in the drone’s path, prompting an “emergency landing in a nearby open area.” However, the uneven surface caused the drone to collide with a dish antenna, leading to its toppling onto a rooftop.
A case has been registered against Skye Air for violating prohibitory orders, and investigations are underway. The incident underscores concerns about drone operations in residential areas and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
