Hinjewadi’s Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park continues to attract homebuyers at an extraordinary pace, with demand for residential properties surging over the past few years. This growing interest has driven property prices upward, which in turn has increased rental rates in the area. Despite the rising costs, the neighborhood remains a top choice for buyers, reflecting strong confidence in its real estate market. Krisala Developers recently set a new benchmark by registering the highest number of properties in a single day within their Hinjewadi projects.

The initiative, conducted under Krisala Developers’ ‘Krisala Grand Record Registry’ program, will be officially recognized in both the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records. Over 300 property registrations were completed in just one day, with representatives from both record organizations present to verify and certify the process.

This milestone included homes in Krisala-Hiranandani Township Phase 1 and Phase 2 in North Hinjewadi, along with other Krisala projects. The large-scale registration drive allowed hundreds of buyers to complete property formalities swiftly and seamlessly in a single day. Digital documentation, streamlined verification, and coordinated registration systems played a key role in the initiative’s success.

Experts consider this effort a significant step toward advancing digital transactions in the real estate sector. Extensive preparation went into the drive, including ensuring all necessary documents were ready, setting up digital infrastructure, coordinating with buyers, and collaborating closely with banking partners and customer relationship teams.

Speaking about the achievement, Akash Agrawal, Managing Director of Krisala Developers, emphasized that homebuyers’ trust in Crisala’s vision has been instrumental in reaching this milestone. Within just two months, nearly 2,000 homes were sold across Phase 1 ‘Everland’ and Phase 2 ‘Everlin’. Modern buyers prioritize projects that offer lifestyle-oriented amenities rather than merely focusing on the size of the home.
