Important !!! PMRDA hands over amenity spaces from 34 merged villages to PMC

The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has initiated the process of handing over amenity spaces and open spaces required for road widening from the 34 newly merged villages to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).
The amenity spaces and road widening areas from Phursungi, Undri, Manjari, Bavdhan Budruk, Autadewadi, Kirkatwadi, Lohgaon and Wagholi.
As per information shared by Ramdas Jagtap, Deputy Collector, PMRDA, accordingly, the Land and Estate Department of the PMRDA and the Estate & Management Department of the PMC, by forming a joint team under the leadership of PMRDA’s Deputy Engineer Vasant Naik and Deputy Engineer of Pune Municipal Corporation, 5 road widening areas and 1 amenity space in Sus, 3 road widening areas in Mahalunge & 1 amenity space & 1 road widening area in Bavdhan Budruk, all coming under Mulshi taluka, District Pune, have been handed over on priority basis after joint inspection.
Following is the area-wise breakup of the amenity spaces & road widening areas handed over to the PMC:
In Sus, 1 has amenity space of 688 sq m and the 5 road widening areas are of a total 6388 sq.m.
- For Mahalunge, 3 road widening areas are of a total of 10,957 sq m.
- For Bavdhan Budruk, the 1 amenity space is of 1852 sq.m and the road widening area is of 314 sq.m.
Hence, the total area of amenity spaces in Sus & Bavdhan Budruk is 2540 sq.m and the total area of road widening spaces in Sus, Mhalunge & Bavdhan Budruk is 17659 sq.m.
Thus, the total area of amenity spaces & road widening spaces in Sus, Mhalunge & Bavdhan Budruk, handed over to the PMC on December 22 2023 is 20199 sq m. Therefore, it will help the Pune Municipal Corporation to develop facilities for the development of these areas.
In Fursungi, 1 road widening area is of 250 sq m and 1 amenity space is of a total 982.50 sq.m.
- For Manjari Budruk, 1 road widening area is of 100 sq m & 1 amenity space is of 416.25 sq m.
- For Mundhwa, 3 road widening areas are of total 1535.43 sq.m and 1 amenity space is of 602.25 sq.m.
- For Undri, 1 road widening area is of 581.47 sq m and 2 amenity spaces are of a total 2251 sq.m.
- For Kirkatwadi, 1 road widening area is of 4887.74 sq m.
- For Ambegaon Khurd, 1 road widening area is of 840 sq m.
- For Ambegaon Budruk, 1 road widening area is of 404.70 sq m.
- For Autade Handewadi, 2 road widening areas are of total 4360 sq m.
- For Lohegaon, 5 road widening areas are of total 4053.44 sq m and 4 amenity spaces are of a total 3795 sq.m.
- For Wagholi, 21 road widening areas are of total 38728.76 sq m and 24 amenity spaces are of a total 202137.53 sq.m.
Hence, the total area of amenity spaces in Fursungi, Manjari Budruk, Mundhwa, Undri, Lohegaon & Wagholi is 211024.53 sq.m and the total area of road widening spaces in Fursungi, Manjari Budruk, Mundhwa, Undri, Kirkatwadi, Ambegaon Khurd, Ambegaon Budruk, Autade Handewadi, Lohegaon & Wagholi is 54901.54 sq.m.
Thus, the total area, of amenity spaces & road widening spaces in Fursungi, Manjari Budruk, Mundhwa, Undri, Kirkatwadi, Ambegaon Khurd, Ambegaon Budruk, Autade Handewadi, Lohegaon & Wagholi, handed over to the PMC on 22nd December 2023, is 265926.07 sq m.
