Infosys is introducing “In-Person Collab” Weeks to facilitate collaborative work among its employees as part of its efforts to expand its business amidst ongoing competitive growth pressures. This initiative is in line with the company’s return-to-office policies, particularly encouraging employees engaged in ENG-IoT projects to work from the office for at least 10 days per month, if they are not already doing so. The aim is to promote productive teamwork and idea generation.

Last year, Infosys implemented a hybrid work policy, requiring employees to work a minimum of 10 days per month or 30 days per quarter from the office, and this new initiative builds upon that framework. Additionally, remote-working employees are encouraged to plan their return and participate in the base development centers during the collaboration week.

The exact number of employees participating in the In-Person Collab Week is yet to be determined. Reports suggest that at least six weeks per quarter will be designated for In-Person Collaboration Weeks, during which employees will have the flexibility to schedule and adhere to the 10-day in-office work policy.

In other news, Infosys has entered a multi-year collaboration with Pacific International Lines (PIL) to support PIL’s ‘Driving Connectivity’ mission by revamping its web and mobile applications to improve user experience and enhance customer engagement across diverse markets.
