Fast pace development of Undri Pisoli has extended Pune city beyond its imagination and control. Several new police stations were formed in the past few months as the Pune city’s limits expanded. With the close proximity to Kondhwa Police station area, residents of Undri Pisoli urged that their area should be kept within the Kondhwa police station and not to Kalepadal Police station. A letter regarding the same was recently handed over by Rajendra Bhintade and many others to Jalinder Supekar, deputy commissioner of Police.

Bhintade said we are strongly against the move which is initiated to keep Undri Pisoli attached to Kalepadal Police station. We want both the areas under Kondhwa Police station only. These areas are within two kms while Kalepadal is about 4-6 kms from Undri Pisoli. Taking Undri Pisoli to Kalepadal will make it more inconvenient for residents..We have demanded that the move initiated to keep the area under Kalepadal must be put on hold and scrapped.

The memorandum was submitted by Rajendra Bhintade, Dadaso Kad, Avinash Takle, Omkar Hole, Vijay Takle, Akshay Takle, Hanumant Ghule, Shashikant Punekar, Prafful Kadam, Jalinder Kamthe, Akash Takle, Vitthal Bhintade, Vijay Kad, Prakash Hole, Deepak Kamthe, Uttam Phulaware, Rupesh Shendkar, Sachin Bhintade, Kaila Punekar, Kailas Punekar, Shrikant Bhintade, Sunil Punekar, Rajendra Hole, Ravindra Hole and others.
