Location Changes For Five Polling Stations In Pune Cantonment Assembly Constituency
Pune, November 7, 2024: According to the instructions from the Election Commission of India, the locations of five polling stations in the Pune Cantonment Assembly Constituency have been changed. These polling stations are now set up in cooperative housing societies, as reported by Election Officer Siddharth Bhandare.
Shankarsheth Road:
As per the changes, Polling Station No. 226, previously located at Room No. 1, Electrical Department, Moledina Technical Junior College, Shankarsheth Road, has been relocated to Meera Co-operative Housing Society at Seven Loves Chowk. Polling Station No. 227, formerly in Room No. 2 of the same college, is now at Anand Park Co-operative Housing Society, Plot Nos. 390-2,3,4, Shankarsheth Road.
Wanowrie:
Additionally, Polling Stations No. 245 and 246, previously in Rooms 1 and 2 at Nutan Primary School, Tenery Camp near Netaji Nagar, Wanwadi, have been shifted to Netaji Co-operative Housing Society, Netaji Nagar, Wanwadi. Polling Station No. 273, previously on the ground floor, Room No. 9, at Kroot Memorial English Medium School, Wanwadi, has moved to Raheja Garden Federation Co-operative Housing Society, opposite Kedari Petrol Pump, Wanwadi.
Voters in these areas are requested to note the new polling locations and actively participate in the democratic process by casting their votes on November 20. Bhandare urged all voters to exercise their voting rights.
