Lok Sabha elections across Maharashtra begins. Click to know when’s your day to vote!
The dates of the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections were published by the Election Commission of India (ECI) on March 16, 2024. According to the EC’s statement, Maharashtra’s general elections will take place over the course of five stages, which began on Friday.

On June 4, 2024, the votes will be tallied nationwide collectively. There will be elections in Maharashtra for 48 Lok Sabha seats. The model code of conduct went into effect on March 16 in the evening and will stay in effect through the polls on April 19 and the completion of the counting process on June 4.
The notice further stated that the voters in the above mentioned constituencies who are away from home on business are likewise subject to this public holiday. Additionally, state and federal government offices, semi-government offices, public companies, and other establishments will be covered by this announcement.
