Maha govt announces night curfew in municipal limits from December 22

The Government of Maharashtra on December 22 announced that night curfew shall be imposed from Tuesday night in municipal corporation limits in the state till January 5, 2021 as a new strain of Covid19 has emerged in the United Kingdom.

The night curfew shall remain in force from 11 pm to 6 am every day starting from Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

Earlier in the day it was announced that passengers coming to the state from European and Middle East countries will have to remain under compulsory institutional quarantine from tomorrow, December 22.
