Maharashtra CET Cell Extends Pharmacy CAP Registration Deadline To July 21
Special CET To Be Held For Civil Services Aspirants Affected By Maharashtra Floods
Pune, July 18, 2025: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has extended the deadline for online registration under the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for pharmacy courses till Monday, July 21. This extension applies to admissions for B. Pharm and D. Pharm courses in government, government-aided, and university-affiliated institutions across the state.
As per the revised schedule, the provisional merit list will now be published on July 25, while the final merit list will be released on July 31.
For the academic year 2025-26, the CET Cell had earlier set July 14 as the last date for students to complete their online registration for the first year of the four-year B. Pharm and the six-year D. Pharm programs. However, in response to student requests and to ensure wider participation, the registration and document upload process has been extended.
Candidates are advised to complete their application, upload required documents, and ensure verification and confirmation by July 22. The CET Cell has clarified that applications submitted after July 21 will only be considered for the ‘non-CAP’ round, which has limited seat availability.
Students seeking admission are urged to check the official website (www.mahacet.org) regularly for updates and to avoid last-minute delays.
This extension provides aspiring pharmacy students with an additional opportunity to secure admission into reputed institutions across Maharashtra.
