Rather than using optical mark recognition (OMR) sheets for student assessments, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has chosen to accept online submissions for the practical examination assessments of Class 10 and Class 12 students.

According to the Maharashtra State Board, teachers and principals of junior colleges and schools are required to fill out the online exam registration form for the exams in February and March 2024.

According to an official from the Maharashtra State Board, for students who passed the assessment test under the practical oral category during the regular period, the said exam will be conducted at the scheduled time following the out-of-turn written exam. It is also necessary to keep an online record of these students’ marks.

Exams for Class 10 SSC will take place from March 1 to March 26, while exams for HSC will take place from February 21 to March 19. The HSC students’ online exams for General Knowledge (GK) and Information Technology (IT) are set to take place from March 20 to March 23.

HSC students’ practical exams will take place from February 2 to February 20 and SSC students’ practical exams from February 10 to February 29.
